Terms & Conditions — 09bbt Platform Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 09bbt website accessible at 09bbt.onl and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game lobbies, betting markets, wallet systems, and customer support channels operated by 09bbt.
• "Account" means the individual player account created by a registered User on the Platform, identified by a unique username and linked to a verified mobile number and identity.
• " Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳), comprising real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus credits separately tracked.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by 09bbt subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions published at the time of the promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which 09bbt confirms that a Player is who they claim to be and meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on the 09bbt Platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The Platform strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21, and this restriction is enforced through mandatory KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing and using online betting and casino services is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in their place of residence before registering.

09bbt reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the 09bbt Platform. Registering, operating, or controlling multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 09bbt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances accumulated across them.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering their account. This includes full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other fields required during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. Players must not share account access with any other person. 09bbt will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 09bbt support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Contact Information Updates

If a Player's registered mobile number, email address, or payment wallet details change, the Player must notify 09bbt promptly by contacting the support team. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing and KYC communication.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

09bbt operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is approved, all Players must successfully complete the following verification steps:

1. Age Verification: Submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document confirming the Player is aged 21 or over. Accepted documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driver's licence.
2. Identity Verification: Confirmation that the name on the identity document matches the name registered on the 09bbt account.
3. Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet used for deposits is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted.

09bbt's verification team will review submitted documents within two Business Days. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered mobile number or in-platform notification. 09bbt may request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with account information. All KYC data is processed and stored in accordance with the 09bbt Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

09bbt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). 09bbt does not accept cryptocurrency payments or payments in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification status, and are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of the transaction. 09bbt reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice in response to fraud risk assessments or operational requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed once KYC verification is complete. Under normal operating conditions, 09bbt targets the following processing times from the moment a request is approved: bKash — under 5 minutes; Nagad — under 10 minutes; Rocket — under 15 minutes; Upay — under 20 minutes; Bank transfer — up to 1 Business Day. These timelines represent 09bbt's targets and are not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, national public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Source of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they own legally and that originate from lawful sources. 09bbt reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time, particularly for high-volume accounts. Deposits suspected to originate from fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant Account will be suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and wallet used to make the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible due to wallet limits or technical constraints, 09bbt will contact the Player to agree an alternative method. Withdrawals to third-party wallets or bank accounts not registered in the Player's name are prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives offered by 09bbt are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. These specific terms take precedence over any general description elsewhere on the Platform. Players should read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports/cricket bonuses) are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit; any unmet bonus balance will expire automatically at the end of the promotion period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

09bbt monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine gaming intent — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns, hedging across markets, or systematic exploitation of free-spin mechanics — constitute bonus abuse. 09bbt reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically qualify the new deposit for a second bonus unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion. Players may decline a bonus before activating it if they do not wish to be subject to wagering requirements.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 09bbt Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet or game round before confirmation. 09bbt will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet or game result except in the following circumstances:

• A verified technical error caused an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect odds display that materially affected the bet.
• An event on which a bet was placed was cancelled, postponed, or voided in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• A game round was interrupted by a documented server error and could not be completed; in such cases the wager is returned to the Player's balance.

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by additional sport-specific rules available in the Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

All live casino games hosted by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the respective studio's game rules as displayed within each game interface. 09bbt does not modify studio game rules. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bbt Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that interacts with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker (where available), or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at odds that are demonstrably incorrect. Such bets will be voided regardless of outcome.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, game engines, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform to convert funds of unknown or unlawful origin.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion or account suspension.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through a bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting 09bbt support to resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 09bbt Platform — including but not limited to the 09bbt brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphical elements, written content, game interfaces licensed from third-party studios, and software — is the property of 09bbt or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit Players to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 09bbt.

10. Privacy and Data

09bbt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity data, transaction data, device and session data, and communications with the support team.

09bbt will not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with third parties strictly necessary for Platform operation — including KYC verification providers, payment processors, and licensed game studios — and only to the extent required for those purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 09bbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside 09bbt's reasonable control.

09bbt's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09bbt does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, network outages, and third-party service provider failures may affect availability. 09bbt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

13. Termination and Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

A Player may request closure of their 09bbt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment wallet within 5 Business Days.

13.2 Closure by 09bbt

09bbt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false information during registration or KYC; 09bbt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; or regulatory, legal, or operational considerations require it. In cases of closure due to Player breach, 09bbt may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation.

14. Governing Language

These Terms are written and published exclusively in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity, dispute, or inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and binding version. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall create rights or obligations beyond those expressed in the English original.

15. Amendments to These Terms

09bbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 09bbt will notify Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where technically feasible, via a notification to the Player's registered mobile number. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
